Programme Overview

Before starting recreational training at our centre, every client goes through a private introductory consultation. In the consultation we learn about your habits, any limitations or pain, and your individual goals. Based on that information we recommend the right training programme for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Small groups

Sessions with groups of up to 10 people to maintain an individual approach and high quality of work.

Expert guidance

Sessions led by qualified coaches with years of experience.

Flexible scheduling

Timetables are fully flexible and booking is straightforward. Morning, afternoon, and evening slots are available.

Adapted sessions

Workouts are adapted for both beginners and advanced participants. We use varied equipment and bodyweight, developing strength, power, and endurance.

Progress tracking

Every member can add the optional progress tracking and body-composition measurement via Tanita.

Results

These sessions reduce body fat while building and shaping muscle mass, improving body composition, metabolism, and appearance.
